Pecan & Cranberry Goat Cheese Balls
These festive goat cheese balls are both easy to make and can be made ahead of time. They are a beautiful and delicious item to add to your holiday table!

                        Pecan & Cranberry Goat Cheese Balls
            Ingredients for 8-10 Servings
- 
    16 ozCream cheese, room temperature
- 
    4 ozGoat cheese, room temperature
- 
    4 ozWhite cheddar cheese, finely grated
- 
    1 1/4 cupDried cranberries, roughly chopped
- 
    1 1/4 cupPecans, finely chopped
- 
    1 cupGreen onions, chopped
- 
    Pretzel sticks

Method
-             Combine cheese together and blend until smooth. Mix in ½ cup of the cranberries, pecans, and chives.
-             Roll the mixture into small balls. If the mixture is too warm, let chill in the refrigerator for 5-10 minutes until slightly firm.
-             Put the excess cranberries, pecans, and chives in shallow dishes. Rolls the balls through the coatings and cover to desired look.
-             Place a pretzel rod down the center of the balls and serve cold.
